These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of FLOW products. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; the price at the moment of your order applies. Product photos are as accurate as possible; tie-dye patterns vary slightly by nature.
Payment is processed at the moment of the order through an SSL-encrypted gateway. An order confirmation is sent by email. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or stock error.
See our Shipping & Returns page for destinations, delivery times and costs. Delivery times are estimates and start when the order leaves our warehouse.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without justification, and we extend this to 30 days. Items must be returned unworn with hygiene liners and tags intact.
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If an item arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
